    What part is photoshopped? Was color added or something? You can really see the red. Pretty cool. How close could you get to them before they flew away? Lot’s of questions, huh? 🙂

      I didn’t do a whole lot, just changed the white balance, sharpened the birds, added a little contrast and a few other things I can’t remember. No color added. It varied on how close we could get. These were shot maybe at 100 feet? This was one of the closer shots, but we had some brush to sneak up on them. Sandhill Cranes are hunted in quite a few states so they’re pretty wary.
